Parenting is tough stuff.
Fewer things can make you feel pushed to that edge than parenting through troublesome times. It can seem especially difficult if you yourself have had a difficult childhood or have unresolved trauma.
So, why does it feel so hard?
Possibly, it is because you’re not parenting in a way that is “true for you”. Finding what resonates for you as a parent can feel formidable when you are seeing through the lens of the paradigms that you grew up with. And, it can be unfamiliar and uncomfortable trying on new parenting tools.
Will it always be this way?
Parenting becomes less taxing when we’re able to see the choices that are in front of us. Building awareness and stepping into the decisions that resonate for us (as well as our child) help bring peace both for ourselves as well as in our relationship with our child.

You are not alone.
Through coaching, together we will help you navigate to your true north and you will find your inner resources to embrace the kind of parent you’d like to be.
